I think she wrote this. Not sure, tell me if i am an absolute idiot and this is someone else's song. Assuming this is Miley's, i think this is about JUSTIN and i also definitely think this is the song miley was refering to when she tweeted "Remember that song I wrote? Psh. I am SO over you".
